What personal data we collect and why we collect it
Contact forms and Email
We store the data (Name, Email Address and text content) you enter into our contact form so that we can answer your enquiry. The email generated from the Contact Form is stored indefinitely on our secure server, unless you let us know that you want it deleted sooner.

Who we share your data with
We do not share your information with any third parties – it is used purely for us to reply to your enquiry.
How long we retain your data
If you submitted an email or contact form the information and its metadata are retained indefinitely. This is so we can recognise and approve any follow-up comments automatically instead of holding them in a moderation queue.
What rights you have over your data
If you have submitted an email or contact form, you can request to receive an exported file of the personal data we hold about you, including any data you have provided to us. You can also request that we erase any personal data we hold about you. This does not include any data we are obliged to keep for administrative, legal, or security purposes.
Where we send your data
Visitor comments may be checked through an automated spam detection service.
